Travelers entering Ecuador to Galapagos must show:

– A vaccination certificate (with all required doses), dated at least 14 days before the flight, or

– A negative PCR certificate taken within 72 hours of the flight for all travelers. Antigen tests are not accepted.

The authorities request that all travelers arriving in Ecuador do so with a printed version of the Health Declaration Form from the Ministry of Health. One form must be completed per household. The form can be downloaded from the following link. 

Please note: This is the only document that allows entry to the Galapagos Islands; It must be presented regardless of whether the traveler has a vaccination certificate or not.
